Why is it always tailored to the companies and not the candidates? People have worked a few years remote, changed their locations, found new routines, and now cause companies want to build "culture" we need to go back to 2019? Like the kind of culture where you work 20 years at a place and get laid off via email? Or your fob stops working when you get to your building? Big money has INVESTMENTS into these buildings and can't afford to not have bodies in seats. Just more boomer non-sense.

After rejecting big companies like Infosys,Wipro, etc. I've joined EPAM Anywhere due to wfh permanently and it's perks. But after spending 1 and half month HR called me to search the opportunity outside of EPAM, means they're laying off people. It's unfair behaviour of the organisation. Does Globant terminates the employment of certain trainees after their probation(3 Months) based on their performance in the training period? Some of the fresher trainees were laid off this morning without giving a notice or reason.

We were told that the probation period is a training period & not an elimination one. It was shocking as a few of those trainees were actually good.

I’ve been on the bench with J1 for about 3 months. I was worried that because I couldn’t find another project, I would get laid off so I found J2, which pays more, is very meeting heavy, but I really like. I’ve kept J1 because I’m still on the bench doing absolutely nothing and getting paid.
