Will it look bad or be hard to leave my first junior gig 9 months in and get another junior role somewhere else? I’ve done nothing for my book. I’m basically just a designer working on small tasks (sure I know my way around photoshop, but I’m no designer). No briefs, no concepting, no campaigns, no partner. I feel like I’m killing my career and not gaining important skills because of my situation
