I think you should expect a pro-rated bonus for the year. I would focus on where you want total comp to be in a full year, and then work out what you need to be made whole on a one-time basis for the first partial year - also considering what you’re giving up when you move.
Yep, agree with above. Also be aware that AP gives much larger bonuses than other firms so look more at TC than base.
