Absolutely work from home!
Edit: The COVID-19 shutdown, forcing work from home, is what we introverts have been training our whole lives for!
100% remote.
Hybrid but if I was in a dynamic environment like a startup or something of that nature or I was in a role that needed a lot of collaboration and strategic thinking I’d be totally fine with and maybe even prefer full time in office.
No I’m hybrid

I would imagine that would be tricky to work from home!
100% remote and would not go back to an office because there is no one I work with there.
Remote.
I would rather work hybrid.

Still active duty, but I like the idea of hybrid. I’m a people person, so going into the office would be good for me. I recruited during Covid, so I know working from home or even hybrid can be great and very efficient, but it depends on your team and if they can be as efficient at home as well.
I’m just getting into Glassdoor, so I’m
Not familiar with much yet.😂
Hybrid once a month
I prefer working in the office. Hybrid was cool for a short term but I don’t like having to maintain two workstations. I have a difficult time disconnecting from work when I WFH. Much respect for those who can.
You and I probably need different things out of a workstation. I can’t just work from only one laptop screen. I also have a laptop with VPN but don’t want to have a dedicated space at home for work. WFH is emergency only. Also, as you get more “important” turning off a computer doesn’t make work go away.
On a side note, I find it freaking amazing how 100% of the time I’ve stated I prefer working from the office someone feels the need to throw shade. People really need to accept that someone working differently isn’t better or worse than how you work. It’s just different.
Ie tried working from home before. Unless you have meeting you have to attend you start losing motivation to start working and there are too many distractions.

It's why I like having a dedicated office space; it helps to minimize distractions.
I can do everything I need to do from home.
I prefer the office as career advancement seems to be easier in person. Hybrid is nice to offer some flexibility for my family, but I’ll go in often to ensure leadership sees my face. I also like that my commute starts and stops my workday where I feel like I’m always on the clock when working from home. In fact, I’m still on my computer right now working when I should’ve stopped hours ago

I really enjoy my in office day so I can interact with my team in person. But I REALLY love my WFH days ❤️

It's been a while since I've had a solid team, so it's awesome that you have that.
