Always keep going through. Do mention that they left and look forward to talking with them again shortly, but it shows that you are concerned eith their entire company.
You never know who else has control or influence.

Nothing wrong for pausing the meeting and politely ask why that person left and if you should wait for them to return.
I agree.. I feel like i would keep the momentum going just so I dont step on toes but of course if I wasn't sent a message about the withdrawal of meeting that would get to me.

It depends on their role, but if they are the key decision-maker I would usually pause and suggest rescheduling. There is little point delivering the most important part of the conversation without them.
Unless its being recorded for them to recap then yes it would be best to put a hard stop
