What do Associate Partner compensation packages look like in London within strategy consulting firms?

Ball park of Accenture Senior Consultant and Associate Manager salary..

My guess would be 90k for Senior Consultant and 100k for Associate Manager? Thoughts? Accurate or inaccurate? Curious to know the bonus structure..

I’m a 3rd year Associate at a fairly large injury firm. In my 2nd year my individual fees were $550k, this year I’ll eclipse $800k and next year I have $1.5mm or more lined up. (That’s just cases I signed/closed myself)
I’m the sole associate in the office, and also handle most of the training/marketing/networking in my office. My salary isn’t 6 figures and no performance incentive. At what point is it fair to ask/is it unrealistic or unreasonable to ask for some small performance incentive?

BCG 🐠 how long does it normally take to get from Associate Director to “Partner & Associate Director” in the expert career track. Any insights into AD and P&AD compensation (US or UK)?

My most recent director told me that my time is being charged as Sr Consultant, so that’s the expectation for my performance. My title is associate, so two levels below a senior consultant. My last two appraisals have been scored against senior consultant roles, which my company has used to justify why I’m not eligible for a salary increase or promotion to consultant. Is this normal?

In my last agency it was automatic, every year we would get an increase but not sure what the process is currently. Also I feel guilty and somewhat selfish to even ask since I know I’m very privileged in these times, but I’ve been putting in more hours since I’ve started wfh - 5% increase seems fair to me. I've often heard about the 1/3 rule when it comes to associate comp (you should be making about 1/3 of what you're bringing in). How big of a gap would you expect an associate to tolerate before asking for a change in comp? I'm on track for about a $75,000 gap between 1/3 of my collections and my comp. My firm is technically not lock step but does seem to be defacto lock step. I lateraled April of 2019 from a boutique so I'm unsure how this is generally handled.

I have an opportunity to move from an AmLaw 20 firm I am really enjoying to a top 5 firm that would essentially double my compensation. Very conflicted. Thoughts? Some important context (I regularly bill 2100 hours a year and am fine with it but this is kind of my ceiling for sanity. I am a dad of two and a husband and the only one currently making income, I don’t particularly care if I am ultimately a well-paid service partner or of counsel and I’m a white collar/comm lit associate (3rd year)
