Finance - Highest salary? After how many years? Is Ad better paying than typical accounting?

Current TC: 88k (83k base, 5k performance bonus), 3 YoE. Healthcare specific domain consultant. Looking to get into strategy work. Offer at strategy firm is 95k base pre-negotiation . Is this worth jumping over for? Tips on negotiating higher? For reference, manager level at my firm pays 95k base and if I stay, that would take 3-4 years for promo. Thanks for any advice!

What is the impact on rating and overall, if I have got all snapshots good but for one snapshot its like at level for 4 parameters and 1 parameter partially demonstrated at level and have got a development action on that. How do you deal with students that say they don’t know what to do after you have repeated the directions multiple times?

I’m a designer in the planning/landscape architecture dept. of a CE firm. Extremely frustrated that after 4+ years and multiple asks, I’m not getting the in-field construction experience I’ve asked for. I know that my designs could be better if I could see how things are actually built but I get slapped in the face with “I need you in the office designing/drafting” or “there’s no budget to have you go out” and then sends an intern to inspect instead. I’m 5 yrs out of college. Any advice?

Any agencies that have a good reputation, but suck when you actually work there? Wonder why that happens?
