Looking for thoughts/advice. I have an offer from the IRS for a tax law specialist in LB&I at GS-14 level. The offer is 60% more than my current senior associate salary. Do any AmLaw 200 firms offer fee splitting for associates? As a senior associate, I originate more than my salary and I know that many others with the same title in my firm originate little/nothing.
