Ok keto crew. Keto is all well and good in the week & can make it fit my life well, but I struggle so bad at the weekends going out. Do you all really not drink? If you do, what do you have?

Has anyone tried easing off of the keto diet after a while into a healthy/balanced diet with more carbs? Do you gain all the weight back if you are smart about portioning and nutrients?

I have limited problems limiting carbs. That said, it seems my protein is always inline with fats. The two
