Burgers with no bread. Salads with just oil and vinegar. Five guys is awesome with making burgers keto friendly. Depends where you’re eating. At nice restaurants it’s pretty easy to keep keto. Just went to a pizzaria traveling last night and got sausage parm with no pasta.
Starbucks egg bites are a game changer for keto on the go
SA1 careful with those! The red pepper and chorizo ones have 13g carbs! If I ate those for breakfast, personally I would really struggle to stay under/around 20 net carbs.
OP I pack keto friendly snacks which help me a lot - baked cheese snacks, turkey jerky, ketomanna (look it up, you’ll thank me!!!). Breakfast eggs and bacon, often skip breakfast. Lunch I try to do a big salad - egg, chicken, avocado, bacon, cheese - ranch and blue cheese dressing are usually safe. Dinner is usually easiest because there’s usually a chicken/steak/burger option somewhere.
Chipotle is a very satisfactory meal as well - salad, fajita veg, Barbados and chicken, salsa, cheese, sour cream and guacamole. Makes 2 meals - I think about 28g carbs for the whole bowl if I remember correctly.
