Who else went off keto this holiday/wknd? I had beer, pizza, bagels, pie and everything else under the sun.

No regrets here, but I am dreading the next few days.

Any recommended brands for MCT oil?
I currently use Perfect Keto but I’ve seen other brands (Clean MCT, Kiss My Keto) with pure C8 rather than C8/C10 mix at reasonable prices.

I cheated this weekend with sweets and rice. I am out of keto. It is so tough to maintain. I have been taught to limit red meat, butter so much...my sub-conscious seems to be getting in the way.

Is fruit really bad for you? I’m having a hard time with the concept of no fruit while on Keto. If I introduced fruit back into my diet, does that defeat the purpose of Keto?
