It’s honestly just a mental commitment. I’m a midwestern-raised girl which means ALLLL the carbs. But I just don’t keep it around anymore.
There are great keto hacks on Pinterest and the web - rice cauliflower for rice; cloud bread or 90 second bread to replace the roti.
67g of carbs is a great start - way less than the average diet! Keep it up and just wean yourself off! Consider yogurt with chia seeds instead of oatmeal!
It's a lifestyle change honestly. I eat about half again as much meats and concentrate on getting lots of veg. There are some beginner guides online that'll make you a good schedule to start off of
To be honest, intermittent fasting made it easier for me. Less meals to plan, which means less chance to mess things up.
Start by cutting out all bread and rice, including oats. You can then try eggs for breakfast, Bunless burgers etc

Sorry to say but just suck it up. Stop with the bread, or make your own keto bread

Oatmeal and roti are both super high carb! Just have the fruit! Try eating just one bread like item a day.
I am indian so maybe it’s the cuisine. Eg today I had oatmeal n berries for breakfast , sautéed veggies and roti (bread) for lunch and I am already 67 g . Any tips for a beginner like me .
