Any good books/articles/etc to read before I start a new job after exiting consulting? Going to an ops role at a tech firm (I have no tech experience)

Spent 2 years doing digital implementation at a big 4 firm, and 2 years in strategy consulting. How would I approach breaking into PM? I have a solid foundation but need to figure out how best to grow. Any recommendations on books, certs, learning or other tips would be appreciated!!

What is your daily routine on reading books or news out of work? Feel the time is dramatically reduced after I joined consulting😞

I am a generalist at a strategy consulting boutique, so I may or may not be exposed to this sort of work, but I would like to at least develop a good grasp of how this is done in theory.
