Hi All, I have an offer from JPMC and joining is on the 23rd of this month. I have given 2 rounds of interviews in Dell and they said I'm selected, only one round is pending and they need 1-2 weeks of time to release the offer. Should I wait for a Dell offer or join JPMC.
I have already spoken to the Manager and MD at JPMC regarding the project and other things. So I'm confused whether not to join JPMC or not.

I have been offered a FT as a senior strategist Apple in their MarComm dept. As a London based British citizen eligible for EB-1 visa ( when I last checked with immigration lawyers) - they now want me to share “a copy of work authorization document”. I currently work across Europe without a work authorisation document as I travel across customer cities, don’t stay more than a week. Why do Apple need “a copy of work authorization document” to get green light to proceed? Anyone else faced similar?

Just got a job offer from Accenture and have my H1-B visa transfer approved. I spoke with my current employer manager and client yesterday and they are requesting me to serve a 3 week notice instead of 2 owing to an important release. I also want to separate from my current employer on good terms, but how would I communicate this to my new employer? Do they usually defer joining date by a week or 2?Accenture

Hey guys. I have been applying to Amex for the past 1 year. Tried applying on the portal, through referrals and even hr consultants reached me regarding the roles since I have a relevant profile. But not once have I been shortlisted or called for an interview. What could be the problem?
PS: I have gotten calls from every other company for the same profile but not amex. Can't be a problem with the profile. Seems something dicey which I'm not aware of.American Express
Gave interview sometime back, Initially they did not agree to the ask, since I already have offer from other org which is much greater than what Tavisca is offering.....Difference is around 4lakhs in both of them, the other org is mid sized company which gave higher offer... I have been given a verbal offer of 145k base for a Sr. Associate role as Data Analytics Lead. The offer doesn’t come with any kind of bonuses or stocks.
I have a Masters and 5+ years of exp and my current comp is 115.5k + approx 5k bonus + ~20k in stocks (yearly refreshes) which makes my total current comp to 140k.
Is it worth taking the offer for increase in just the base?
What are my chances of negotiating into a VP level role with at-least 155k?
