I've completed 6 years in TCS this month. Now I'm being offered an on-site opportunity in Berlin, Germany. My preference is France as my to-be spouse lives there. Should I accept the offer and search for jobs in France while staying in Germany because I'll be having a visa to provide me with an edge, or it won't be fruitful as the visa is completely dependent on my tenure in Germany?Tata Consultancy
Hi folks, I resigned from my previous company and due to health reasons and other family emergencies I have 20 Loss Of Pay Days mentioned in the last month Payslip. My LWD was on 1st Nov. I am planning to join the next company by the end of Nov. Is the gap of close to 1 month or LOP days in the payslip going to create a problem. Please suggest.

Should I wait 3 days, follow up, and then apply if I don't hear back in another 3 days? I'm a little confused about how this works and don't want to rush them but I also don't want to lose an opportunity haha!
