My wife(h4 visa) and I (H1B visa) are planning to visit Bahamas along with my parents (B1/B2 visa). We are Indian citizens. Wanted to know if we need to apply for visa for Bahamas separately as well? (assuming our US visas are valid)

I was left out of many promising roles in USA, and lately I stopped considering it all together. The reason being simple, they have to file H1b and wait until March to see if I win that lottery. Obviously nobody is going to do that.
Which makes me wonder, how do many people end up with jobs in the USA and also visa. I am a STEM PhD.
To give some context, I am currently not in USA, never was (except business visits) , I never studied in USA, and never worked in USA.

Can you go back to international office after you have L1B visa and come back to the US shortly after? Basically, do you maintain your L1B visa or as soon as you transfer back, it gets cancelled and needs to be reapplied again.

Looking into credit card, most likely between emirates nbd Bonvoy card or the Emirates offering. Anything better out there? What has been your experience. My understanding is you can convert the emirates points to Bonvoy? Not sure if the same works Bonvoy —> emirates.

How many times during this bear market have you re-evaluated your HYSA?

For context- I switched 25k from Amex to another HYSA bank about a year ago for a rate that was double at the time, since then their rate has only increased a quarter percent while others are up 2%, thinking of switching to UFB Direct for 3.16% (still higher than AMEX personal savings where I have additional funds).
