Anyone else struggle with having no friends/life outside of work? Traveling 5-6 days a week for 7 years, the only people who celebrate my birthday are courtyard Marriott employees at this point. Is the grind worth it?

Marriott messed up about my reservation and charged the wrong card. They say the will talk to manager to see if they can fix? Is this possible? Can I walk away with points?

I just signed up for the Marriott Bonviy Boundless credit card. Will I get 15 elite night credits in 2022 itself or in 2023? If in 2022, I'll be just short of Titanium and might do some mattress runs.

Any tips on best value Marriott points redemption for a beach vacation? Preferably Europe or Caribbean, and luxury resort.

For those of us cutting it too close on nights for status…. random question: If I have a Marriott stay that goes into the new year, do the nights (like Dec 30 and 31) count for 2022 or 2023?

Is there a reason to have both the Bonvoy Brilliant and Boundless? I have 2 spots left under 5/24 and wanted to use them for hotel cards after getting the Chase Trifecta. Was planning on getting World of Hyatt and IHG, and then breaking into Marriott with the Brilliant, but wondering if I should replace IHG with Boundless and also get Brilliant.

Kind of disappointed with Marriott Bonvoy. Redeeming points is so expensive relative to how long it takes to earn them. Also it doesn’t sound like free nights are easily accessible without a Marriott cc.

For all of the “credits” and reward nights given to cardholders annually, do those expire if you don’t use them before your next anniversary date, or does that roll over? I’m thinking about CSP’s $50 hotel credit and the reward nights given by IHG, World of Hyatt, Marriott cards. Thank you!

What is the most amount of times you have Applied to one specific company? It could be different job titles and different states but how many times have you applied to the same company? Sodexo , levy, compass group, Hyatt Hilton Marriott have Applied to all those 30 or 40 times over the past three years. Talk about insanity.
