I’ve decided I need to look for a new firm. The only issue is the firm’s president micro-manages like crazy and I don’t know how I’m going to be able to interview during the day. For context, it’s a small wealth management firm with only 5 people. I am in all client meetings for the firm, and I am in the office every day. Any advice is appreciated.

I literally hate how unprofessional some recruiters are, got an offer at a hedge fund and the recruiter is saying that I topped their budget which is 10k under my bare minimum range, like why the fuck would i interview with you then if you can’t “afford” me.
