Salesforce CSG: program architect, 150k base, 48k Rsu/4 years , 5k signing
Accenture federal services: senior manager level L6 tech architect, 190k base, 30k Rsu/3 years, 30k signing
Pwc: senior manager, 195k base, 30k signing.
West Monroe: architect, no breakdown yet, TC estimate around 200k.

Has anyone here moved from Google to Pinterest? I'd love to know how you found the hiring process and what to expect. I'm interviewing for a sales manager role there next week.

I am interviewing for a role at a big tech company but as I wait for the recruiter to schedule my meeting with the hiring manager I am secretly hoping they don’t - I would genuinely be relieved if they ghost at this point - I have been waiting for an opportunity like this but I can’t help feel trapped by the idea of being in the corporate world - it drains me....

Any suggestions for questions to ask a Manager and Director during an interview? It is a healthcare strategy/transformation role. This is the second level interview, so I did ask a few questions during the first interview with the Manager.

Interviewed at FAANG for a technical role couple of weeks ago and got rejected but the HM liked my background and experience and referred me to another role which is a senior level role(Senior Manager). Hey Deloitte fish, I had a final stage interview with a partner and got a call from the recruiter straight after that saying feedback was very positive and they will be working on the offer and will take a while to get the approvals, find the team, etc. It's been 3 weeks now, I followed up once and they said they are still working on it. Any insights how long this normally lasts? The grade is Manager in the UK.

Is an interview with the hiring manager usually the last step in the process? I feel like I've seen a few different things.

Interviewing at Deloitte, and they’re saying for me to come in at a lower level at the most experienced level. After a year they would move me up to manager. For reference, the group I’m interviewing for is more tech focused and I’ve primarily done more process work. Do you think it’s worth it or is this a bait and switch?

I am interviewing at quite a few firms in Silicon Valley for roles such as sales operations manager, partnerships operations manager and business strat/ops. It seems like these roles recruit heavily from consulting and I’m an ideal candidate for these internal strategy positions.

Looking forward, if I take one of these roles for a large pay bump and title increase, what does the career progression look like?

Is there a level in consulting at which case interviews are no longer relevant (like manager or senior manager), or will you always be expected to complete a case as part of an interview at a good firm?

Recruiter called to say that feedback from on-site (virtual) interviews was positive and she’s going to schedule to time with them manager. Anyone wants to chime in on what to expect. During on-site I was told no technical questions but plenty were asked so wanted to know irl experiences.
