Sr Program Manager (non tech) salary at Amazon? They have asked for my expetecd TC number before they move forward. Isn't it $160K + bonus + RSU?

Months ago I interviewed for another Sr PgM role, and Amazon told me they can not go beyond $150K TC (base. Bonus. RSU)!!

is Sr PgM at Amazon that low paid?

I have a virtual on-site round for a Product Manager role coming up in which some of the interviews will involve screen sharing and whiteboarding. The suggested tools were Miro, Limnu, Excalidraw or any other tools I’m comfortable using.

I essentially never whiteboard and I’ve never used these tools. What are some easy to learn and use whiteboarding tools that will do the trick and I can pick up in like an hour?

I recently turned down a role in industry due to compensation and I have been really regretting my decision this last week. I’ve had positive notes from the hiring manager and interview team afterwards wishing me luck in the future and reinforcing I would have made a great addition to the team. Is it completely unheard of to go back after formally declining an offer and ask if they will reconsider?

Hi all - I gave my range for Amazon non-tech Program Manager L6 role in Seattle (my YOE is 6+) as too high, and the recruiter came back and said they expect to offer TC of $160K-$170K. Is this the correct range? Not sure how to proceed, I do still want to interview but want to make sure I’m not getting low balled here. For context, I know for a fact I’m being under paid in my current role and would like to avoid the same in my next. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Why are some firms so strict with the yoe policy? Spoke to the partner for a manager role and they said I’m short 5 months for the manager role - this is after all the interviews and I’ve performed. Now they want me as a senior associate for 1 year before I can be a manager

So I’m in the offer stage for a FAANG PM role and after going through the entire interview process and working with one Hiring Manager I now have learned that the offer I’m receiving is for a different role with a new hiring manager that I’ve never met. I’ve been told this is due to a shift in headcount allocation so curious if any fish have had any similar experience and how you may have navigated this?

Could use some perspective from folks here! I joined as in-house counsel from V20 recently. When I interviewed for the position, the hiring manager explained the team structure and broadly gave me a career path in the company. The day I joined I learned of a long term secondee who’s around my same level that they’re planning on bringing in with the exact same job description as me. Interview loop scheduled for next week but it's giving me anxiety to think about it. It's a manager position in an industry that is very uncertain post-Covid and the position has direct reports, but honestly I would rather have an IC role while moving into industry positions. On top of this, my current project is a nightmare and doesn't leave me anytime to prep - only my second interview loop since undergrad (8years).

So, I’ve applied for an internal role. I had two interviews so far, with the second being with the hiring manager. The hiring manager seemed impressed with me and said she’ll get back to me. I followed up a week after and she said she’ll get back to me by the end of week. Two weeks have passed, and I followed up and she again said shell get back to me by the end of the week. This was another two weeks ago. I don’t want to seem annoying and follow up again but wtf is going on here
