Target Comp for a Sr Associate-FE at PWC? 7+ progressive YOE: 4 industry FP&A, last 3 as an SC in Deloitte Services on project financials. Interviewing now and want to make sure I don’t leave money on the table if I get an offer. CLT/HTX/ATL

I have an interview with Deloitte tomorrow and part of that process will be to determine if I would be a better fit for the consultant or senior consultant role. I have almost 2 years of workday experience, any thoughts on which would be a better fit? Also what would the salary range be for both of those roles in Chicago?

Echoing the other SC's post - I would also love to help anyone who is still working on apps with resume or essay reviews. I applied R1 this cycle - used an admissions consultant and learned a lot. What shall I do: the senior consultant I am working with is extremely condescending and borderline rude in the way he communicates with me (granted he is very qualified, but still rude e.g. he laughed at my input in a KOL interview...during the interview). It has been ongoing for ~3 weeks now and is seriously affecting my motivation on this engagements and hence, the quality of my output. Any tips on how to handle/proceed with this?

Got an interview with KPMG for senior associate - financial services. Most of my previous consulting work has been with technology and health care companies. Would it be too tough a transition to come in as an SC with no to little banking or financial services experience. I do like that space but don’t have much knowledge in lending and banking.

I’m making 85k in Cleveland in the big 4 as an SC. Currently interviewing for a Director of Business Analytics position at a smaller local company (~20 person, $50M annual revenue local company growing at 40%)

College hire at Deloitte for 4+ years now. Was up for early promotion to SC but didn't get it due to COVID (had full support from project leadership etc.) Recently started looking for other opportunities - I have really just grown away from the firm and have started hating it here. KPMG Senior consultant compensation? Interviewing with the Montreal office and being told they cannot even match my current salary (85k). 1.5YOE + masters degree

So I’m a second year consultant. Like most, I was disappointed with compensation this year and am pretty bearish on my future earning potential here. I’m currently interviewing with a big tech company (not FAANG but close) for a position with substantially higher pay as a business analyst. I really wanted to stay til SC/M but the money is too good to pass up. I guess my question is: are there any major downsides to exiting to industry “too early?” Has anyone done it and regretted it?

Anyone have thoughts about taking a post production workday SC role at Alight? I’m in interviews and excited but don’t know much about them. Tired of working extra and not getting anything for it. Not sure I want to stay in IMPL space for much longer. Enhancement/post production support seems interesting.

Interview for SC role at Protiviti...want 125 to 135K range. Is this possible? Seems like they offer salary much lower than big 4 (based on Glassdoor).
