Any tips for an SC interviewing for M at a competitor?

At the SC level at a member firm, was doing interviews to recruit for the team for about 1-2 years, mentorship, overall project reviews, manage staffing/resourcing, worked as a lead on multiple projects with junior folks. Is an EB1C possible without the 'Manager' tag offshore? Current US title is SC too. Any insights would be helpful. Thank you!

Does it make sense to take a higher title for lower pay? EY FSO analytics offer is 150k plus 10k signing for M1 while Deloitte Analytics & Cognitive offered 170k plus 18k signing for SC (interviewed for M but they gave SC). Currently a M1 at 135k.
EY offer isn't high enough I feel to switch, and D is significant but comes with loss of title. Any help appreciated!

Interviewed at FAANG for a technical role couple of weeks ago and got rejected but the HM liked my background and experience and referred me to another role which is a senior level role(Senior Manager). Have an interview scheduled next week. I’m currently SC at PwC and not sure how to proceed with SM role. Can someone provide tips for the interview? I have managed internal teams, led RFPs, limited external team exp (due to nature of projects) but frequent interaction with clients. How do I show that I am manager material
