I have an interview for SC @ZS. Which office should I choose? LA, CA or Princeton, NJ? They have both options open for me. Any insights would be helpful

I got hit up to interview for an SC role at Accenture for Cyber. Currently a second year consultant at D for cyber. I like my team/coach/leadership a lot and I wasn’t planning to exit anytime soon, although, I’m also not anticipating making SC this year. Does it make sense to always interview for these opportunities and see if anything comes out of it?

Compensation sounds like it’s pretty even... with the exception of 401K match which is underwhelming at Deloitte for your first few years.

Got an offer from a boutique consulting firm in New York. Currently an Analyst up for promotion this June. Current pay is $85k and the offer is for $116.5k for a Senior Consultant role. I will be doing same work. FSI and banking client will be working on Data Transformation projects in Reg. Should i take the offer? PROS/VONS? I am a Permanent Resident to visa is not an issue. Interviewed at Amazon for L6 but they are offering L5. Currently a SC at Deloitte and have 7 YOE plus Master’s. Yet to receive comp details but the recruiter said it will be around 125k TC and there is little room to negotiate. Should I even consider this offer? it is a big downgrade? How long does it take to get promoted from L5 to L6? Thanks !

Got an interview opportunity at an IB recently for an Analyst role. I’m a Senior consultant with a Masters Degree with 2 years of work experience. When I asked if they’d offer me Associate instead of Analyst, they said that no one from B4 exits to an IB at associate with just 2 years of work ex. Is this true? Please offer any advise on how I should proceed further. Thanks.

Project leadership is forcing me to stay staffed on a project that I’ve expressed interest in leaving after being on it for nearly 1.5 years. I feel so trapped that I’m interviewing externally because I’m so bored and they won’t give me a chance to find something new. Project leadership has a history of not letting Cs leave. Has anyone else been in this position and quit entirely because of it? I’m even up for promotion this year to SC but don’t think it’s worth sticking around 😔

Deloitte 🐠, I heard about open SC roles on the CBO team for healthcare payer/provider and am considering applying. I also heard there are different groups, some of which have great culture and others have horrible.

I received a verbal offer for a senior consultant position with Deloitte’s Risk and Financial Advisory for GPS but was also told that the position would be tied to a USDC. I am based in the DC area and was told that I could be hired to a delivery center during the interview process since they are remote. Is anyone else in a similar situation? Would I receive Deloitte advisory benefits or the USDC benefits?

zs fish, haven't gotten that far in the process yet but I am currently interviewing for an associate position. I am technically 4 months away to promote to SC at my firm (around 1.5 years of experience atm) and was wondering if a title "cut" is worth it? Would I be eligible for a fast track promotion?

What’s the pay band for a senior consultant position in the Tech Strategy position at EY? Was told by a manager during my second round interview I would come on as an S1 or S2 with potential to move up to manger in 1-2 years

If you’ve been promoted early at your current company, how do you overcome the YOE barrier when applying to other roles? SC up for M at Deloitte with 4 YOE and looking at other roles but I’m woefully under the YOE for equivalent / 1 step up roles (6-8 YOE).

Midway through some SC level interviews with a big 4 firm. They seem to all be preaching being generalists. Should I be worried about them bait and switching the practice area alignment?
