I am currently in industry, but was a Senior in Accounting Advisory, and before that an audit associate. I’m thinking of trying DDV at PwC as I’ve always been interested in M&A integration, but am unsure on carry over of skills and also would like to go somewhere I can be bumped to Manager as I was almost there prior to leaving industry. I know they are on a hiring spree so would coming in as a Manager be possible? I’ve previously been on M&A audit/AAS engagements.

Does anyone have a good idea of the salary range for an associate director level position at a small biotech company? (In business development, with a PhD, if either of those things matter). I have a lot of references for pharma salaries but much less so small biotech.

Hi all, I have almost total 2 YOE in the IT field. My current experience is in Power BI, just over 1 year. I have also passed the DA 100 exam (Microsoft Certified Data Analyst Associate). Coming from a non IT background, I only have some basic Python n basic SQL knowledge n some small exp in Azure. My current ctc is 4.2 lpa. Offered an associate position at a small firm where my monthly health insurance premium will be $800 a month! The firm has offered to pay half of that but $400 a month for a health individual under 30 sounds ridiculous to me. Am I wrong? Do you think it’d be wrong to counter the salary with a number a couple thousand higher to help offset this?

Is there any point that title matters? Currently a consultant, could exit now to associate for 15% increase or wait one year and make manager here.

have offer from TCS with 50% hike, they r not negotiating to 60%. Do they not go beyond 50%? My company change is after long time.. also the offered role is Associate Consultant C3B.. for 14 years exp is this fine?

Is it still best practice to list your current position experiences on your resume in present tense? For example, im currently an A3 in audit so am I supposed to start all my bullet points under Assurance Associate like “prepare” instead of “prepared?”
