I have offers from cognizant and Infosys both offer similar pay. But roles were different.
Cognizant- associate projects
Infosys- senior associate consultant.
YOE :3.5
Underlying role: Frontend developer (ReactJS)

I am confused between these two right now!!

How different do exit position levels look between an exit from M1 v M2 v M3?

Do M1s generally exit as managers, M2 as senior managers, and M3 as associate directors?

Just trying to understand what I should realistically shoot for as M1.

I am in final stage discussions for 'Experienced Associate' role for PWC SDC. By doing a lil bit of internet research I see that the pay falls in between 20 - 25 LPA. Just wondering if someone can verify this and correct me if I'm wrong.

Also I am skilled in one of the emerging technologies and that skill is niche as of now. Please weigh that in too.

Also let me know how PWC SDC as a company is? Work Culture and stuff..

What is exp level of senior associate, is 7+ year exp with lead position match for Manager position or Senior Associate at pwc.

How many rounds of interviews are normal for a small, independent agency? I’m in the process of interviewing for an associate account executive (entry level) position if that helps! I’ve had a phone screen and one virtual interview with the co-founders so far.

In my first year of big law and hours at my sweat shop firm are already getting to me. Recently got an email from a recruiter promoting a fully remote lit associate position with a 1600 hrs reqmt at a less than 50 atty law firm and essentially what is old Cravath scale pay. Does anyone have experience with a move like this? Too good to be true? I was under the impression that positions with low billables for big law (or close to big law) pay don’t really exist…

I'm a junior associate interested in potentially joining the high yield practice group at my firm. It's decently sized, like 5 partners and 8-10 associates, and they seem like a friendly bunch and provide good mentorship and are consistently busy but not slammed. I've been on two HY deals and they both seemed way better run and more interesting than, say, M&A. But all the 3-5th years I know tell me to run, because it's a difficult practice and exit options are not so great. Any advice?

How much room for negotiation is there on role level when moving to MBB as a lateral?

Currently M2 at a boutique founded by ex-MBB partners. We often compete with MBB.

Recruiters at each firm have steered me towards joining at Associate (M) /Consultant (BB) level which I believe is common practice for lateral moves. This would likely result in a small pay cut for me, even at A3/C3.

All have suggested a 6-12 month window to Manager promotion is possible.
