Has anybody interviewed for a KPMG AAS senior associate role recently? How did the interview go and was it both behavioral and technical? I am currently working in audit and am interested in making the switch.

I have 5+ years of work experience + Pe/VC experience and a stem masters. Kearney Associate role specifies it’s only for MBAs. Is that right or are there exceptions? It seems if that’s true the only option is to try for the entry level, which makes no sense.

Any mid-level or senior associates negotiate a higher bonus or salary than other members of their class? Several seniors in my group have left recently, making me most senior associate as a mid-level and group isn’t hiring anyone to fill the spot. How long does it typically take people to lateral? For context, I’m a fifth year litigation associate. Considering switching firms. Received a few messages from Big 4 recruiters. I have over 1YOE at a large consulting firm, primarily working on internal audit and banking client engagements. What salary should I anticipate for an experienced associate role? MCOL

I keep seeing roles described as “Seasonal Audit (Senior) Associate” pop up on LinkedIn from some of the larger firms (both B4 and midsize). I’m curious as to what this entails - I assume it’s a busy season contractor. It sounds like a useful role in theory but im trying to think of experienced professionals who would have the time to do this outside of people re-entering the workforce after some time away.

Anyone have any insight or stories into how these roles work out?

Both shall give me a a marginal increase, okay with either as can probably exit backend

I have an offer of 5L from a product based company for data analyst role. Currently i work for TCS as a process associate (BPS) BPO 1 grade.

I have been given a counter offer from TCS with promotion to BPO 2 with 40-50% hike from my current ctc of 2.8L + shift allowance of 55k (confirmed).

Should I go for TCS BPO 2 senior associate or go for the entry level data analyst job at product based company that is ready to offer 5L?

Hello Everyone, I’m in the interview process for EY’s Tech Risk associate role(commercial). I wanted to get everyone’s feedback about the work/life balance and the culture. I’m a fairly new to consulting (10 months), I know my transition will be challenging (internal to external audit) at first due to big 4 standards but wanted to see how everyone experiences went.

I accepted an offer to join a national firm after graduating this summer. The pay is decent, and I am relatively happy so far (it’s only been a month since I joined). Today I received an email from a bigger, more prestigious firm I applied to months ago. They’re asking if I am still looking for an Associate role. I would like to interview with them to see what they have to offer. Would that be considered ‘disloyal’ towards my current firm that I just joined a month ago?

Current Role - Customer Service and Operations Analyst.
Current role is in Concern and Queries Team. Previous roles included Account Amendments, Mortgage Closure & Refunds and Mortgage DI.

Looking for advice on breaking into the employment litigation field. I’m a 3rd-year general litigation associate at a v10 law firm in NYC where I’ve gotten to work on a couple of L&E cases. My job search for L&E roles has been slow because most of the roles require significant L&E experience. Would it be a bad idea to take a non-partner track role in an AmLaw100 firm’s L&E group in order to break into the field? What kinds of jobs would I be marketable for afterwards? Smaller firm? In-house?
