Are bonds in IT companies taken seriously?
I am fresher who took job as Associate Support Engineer at Infinite Computer Solutions.
I don't like the company politics. I joined through college placements and company offered 3lpa. But first 3 months with only stipend.
But after joining i got to know that other freshers eho joined through naukri wala and linkedin is getting full salary from start.
Now I have completed 5 months.
When do you think it is a good time to exit the company?
