Interviewing as a senior 1 position at EY advisory in the Washington DC area. How much should I expect to get salary wise?

I have my exit interview tomorrow. Any tips? Have any of you written down what you wanted to say? I’m leaving advertising and moving so I’ll probably never see these people again.

I have created Algorithmic Product/System for the client to take out inventory not-in-demand for long time to save storage expense and also provide an approach to prioritize Work Orders based on Market Demand. It’s more like an Manufacturing Plan. I want to get into Product Analyst/Lead role. What approach I should take? Any books to start with? Any events to attend? Any groups to join?

If you do two years as an analyst at one bank is it possible to lateral into an associate position at another, or would you be an analyst again? Not at a good enough platform to get into the type of Buyside roles I want. Unsure of next steps.

I have just recently accepted a position as Director of Compliance at a Fin-Tech company here in Naples, FL.. My previous 17 YOE were strictly in the Financial industry. Does anyone know what the average salary is for this position? I have a sinking feeling that I accepted the role too quickly without comparing salaries. The position only pays $50k/year. That seems low to me.

I have an exit opportunity but have 600$ in my commuter benefit account I lose after post 30 days leaving my current employer. Any creative ways to spend it? Uber pool is eligible, Amtrak, buses, etc.

Considering taking a position with a small-cap in the US trying to build their legal department. The title is standard “counsel” although the work would be with the senior leadership team and reporting to the GC in Europe. How reasonable is it to ask for a bump in title - Senior counsel or Head of Legal, US? If it matters, I am a 6th year and have been told that I will be expected to hire a junior or paralegal as we build up.

I’m not designated a senior associate, but my small firm (boss, myself, and a paralegal) is hiring a recent grad. Still needs to pass the hazing ritual (aka bar exam). Just got let go and my manager said part of it was because I was looking for other jobs. I didn't look for other jobs at work, so I'm not sure how they could have known that unless a coworker snitched on me. Is it worth it to try and find out who or should I just leave it?
