Fishes - need guidance
I am a former QA recently moved to a BA role due to some circumstances(8+ months). Role wise I am an SME for the product as well as a BA.
I am at the brink of a burnout and my team is not supportive.
I have been demanding for a raise (considering my contribution and dedication to the product/project)
My manager refuses to provide a raise as he says it's already the org standard. Could anyone help to confirm if it is a fair package?
My current CTC is 11 Lakhs, YOE 6+.

Interviewing for a Deloitte Consulting organization transformation practice at Manager level. What’s the expected salary for this role?

Consulting was never my end game, always planned to exit after manager at some point for a program manager/strategy role in industry. I am currently a year 2 consultant who would be up for manager next year and could be making around 150k. I have an offer to exit to industry for 140k (10k higher than current salary), trying to decide if it’s better to leave now or hold out for the manager tittle.

Just a year in my first role as data analyst at a big 4 but projects I’m assigned only involve simple research and analysis that any intern can do. Really wanted to use my first job to build more technical skills, but that’s not happening and my manager keeps apologizing for that but apparently there isn’t much they can do. What is a good way of moving from Engineering Manager back to Software Engineer after 2 years of doing EM and around 6 years as a SWE before that? I am not enjoying EM at all and didn’t realize that its a completely different role. Will it look like career regression to companies and will the 2 years of EMing be looked down upon for SWE positions.
