Hey folks! Anyone currently/previously/ close to a Design/UX Program Manager at google? Currently interviewing there for a TVC role and looking to know more about what it’s like working at google and how worried I should be about selling my soul

I am a Manager in Salesforce practice at D and I have 15 YOE and 5 years in Salesforce and at 145k base at D. Is it reasonable to expect a Senior Manager or Director role at pwc or accenture or other top consulting firms with a 30% hike? I took my current role at D at the start of the pandemic and got myself a bad bargain which is why I am looking to move.

Looking at exit ops... anyone know the salary range for a senior manager at an industry association? Online ranges are low confidence and it’s a new industry for me so just looking for a ballpark figure

An old colleague referred me to her team at this large e-commerce company for a full-time role. The interview with the hiring manager went well, so she set up the second interview with a marketing manager. So right out of the gate, this manager asks me why some of the freelance roles I’ve had were only 1 to 3 months, as if this is a huge red flag. I told him that that’s what the agreed upon duration was. Anyone else have this come up?

Hey folks - can somebody comment on what’s the typical RSUs for a Senior tech program manager position? In midst of interviewing and what to baseline expectations. Also it seems from other threads that sign on bonuses aren’t common - any recent data points on that?

Questions to Partners. During interview process, if a candidate has a mutual connection with the hiring manager and/or interviewer - would you advise they reach out to the mutual contact? When during the process e.g when interview is scheduled or when they go through to final round? Any reasons it’s not a good idea?

I'm was promoted recently to client manager at a consulting engineering firm. My background is 16 YOE working as a Senior Plumbing Designer. I didn't get a compensation increase when promoted; however, after 7 months of great work in my new role I would like to negotiate a compensation adjustment.  My expectations are 120 - 130k a year base salary with 20% bonus. Does this sound reasonable for the MEP consulting engineering industry or should I try to negotiate a different figure?

As a gamer, I also learned that my current role as a project manager makes me a tank, damage, support but most importantly a crowd control.

Primarily weighing lifetime earning potential and WLB as considerations.

Hi All, been just a couple of days, since I joined Accenture.
Assigned management level 8 , 'Assoc Manager' as per offer letter (which was revised btw, previous management level was 9)

Now, while I can see the management level as 8 in workday, it's reflecting as 9 in people's page (even when asked through 'DIPA' chatbot (in teams).

In workday too, in project management section, role that's assigned is level 9.

I just don't get it. Do they even alter terms after u are onboarded?
