Salary / TC for FTI consulting? Post MBA senior consultant role

What should be the expected salary in Germany for below candidate who has an offer as Business Analyst mid level and has previous Experience of approx. 10years in India in domain - manufacturing, quality, operations?

Can someone help me understand comp for Kearney at the Manager+ level? Curious if they have also made adjustments similar to BCG, others?

Do you regret it? Currently at ~ $170k all-in. Nearing an offer from a firm that will come in at ~ $100k base and 10-15% bonus for year 1. Catch is that it is somewhat of a "dream" gig if I get it, that will leas to a better earnings potential in the long term (7-figure outcome is a solid chance if I can hack it). A little scared to take potentially a $60k+ payCut for next year (~$180 vs ~$115) however

What % of your salary do you save a month?? I’m curious to know as I’ve been staying with my parents, and don’t have a car so I get to save quite a lot. But I’m moving out soon and will start spending on rent, transportation, food, etc. And I know it will be a hard adjustment to see most of my paycheck go to payments rather than savings

I was happy at my job, until I found out my peers got a retention bonus this year and I did not. Instead of happy, I now feel overlooked and unappreciated. I got the highest performance ranking last year, not sure why didn’t I get an extra 6k like those guys did?
Is it bad to ask my manager why others got one and not or me, or do I start looking for another job?

Out of curiosity, if I live in SF Bay Area and postings have the salary for Denver, Colorado (bc it’s the law there), is it safe to ball park an SF salary off of that? I know cost of living is different but I saw a role that said Denver salary is $165k and I wouldn’t even think to ask for that high. (And yes, this role is within my qualifications)

I am a recent business grad from Saskatchewan Canada. I am in the interview process with one of the big 4 accounting firms for a position as an analyst (title given before moving up to a consultant). I would dabble in tech, financial and human capital projects while I find my niche. I plan on giving my two week notice on 9/26. I some how managed to build a real estate portfolio which nets close to my salary. It has been a struggle consulting and managing both. Even though I am a consistent high-performer, I don’t feel like I am doing justice to my clients and giving it my all at work. Investors are lined up and anxious to do deals with me. How do I go about quitting? What are something’s I need to do before quitting? When are bonuses? Appreciate any and all advices!

Can you negotiate stock for a sign on bonus instead? Looking at an offer, ~2YOE 135K base, 15K stock (publicly traded co.), 10% target bonus twice per year (Target TC w/ stock ~175). I am not interested in the stock, since I’m starting an MBA program next year and won’t have time for it to vest, but I do want to continue to build my RE portfolio and would be able to use a sign on bonus for closing costs on a property I’m buying.

What are the USA McKinsey bonus percentages for associates?

Let's say total comp is equal for two offers.
Offer 1: higher base comp, no performance bonus.
Offer 2: lower base comp, but guaranteed performance bonus brings you to the comp of offer 1

(This is completely hypothetical as I am just trying to figure out financial pros/cons for early promo in my current company, as this is how the math works out.)
