I am Sr. Solution Specialist at Deloitte US. I have successfully completed the interview process at KPMG US and am expecting an offer shortly.
Role - Functional Testing
Current base Deloitte is 110K
My expected base KPMG 145K
HR told me during the initial discussion:
Max base offer - 135K + Sign on bonus (10-15K).
Will it be a good move to compromise and accept the offer at 135k base or should I stick to my expected 145K base?
Have an interview with EYP-TSE for an SD role. I’m going to talk to the recruiter tomorrow and then an SD next week. If goes well, potentially with two of the partners. Have a referral from a MD from the EY side. I have 16 years of experience in data science, ai/ml, and modeling. Anyone went through this experience and want to share insights and suggestions? Should I be ready to discuss compensation and if yes, what is a reasonable range for this level? Thanks!EY-Parthenon

Hi All,
I joined Tech Mahindra for 5 days only and didn't find suitable timing for my project and emailed resignation mail to manager and HR. After that HR asked me to resign over portal but at the same time blocked my portal. After requesting many times they didn't unblock my portal and pretended like they want to unblock but there is some issue going on and marked my profile absconded. I have cleared fnf but they are not providing reliving letter but added pf amount also. What to do?
Can we leave CG a month after joining?
