PwC I think our (up to) $20,000 referral bonus (for getting in a senior manager/director to the global mobility services group) seems to show more a sign of desperation especially as competitors offer $3,000-$4,000 for a senior manager referral bonus. What’s the deal?
Have a certain number of that experience level been promised in the sale of the practice?

Anyone at PwC able to shed some light on the PwC UK DDV practice? Specifically:
- What’s the main type of work? DDs, carve outs, post M&A work?
- How different is the comp compared to the Consulting and S& teams?
- What is the base + bonus for a Director?
- Any other thoughts on how this compares to EY OTS/EYP, A&M and AlixPartners?
