In the bowl’s opinion, what would be a reasonable salary for the following roll description? In North America, essentially regional manager of an engineering/technical procurement consulting arm of an MBB size company. Responsible for day to day managing, project staffing, region growth, and P&L. Have between 20-40 direct reports spread across 2-6 locations inside the next year.
