Can anyone provide TC for manager positions at Liberty or Progressive? Are they offering remote for these jobs?

Is anyone’s wfh office chair getting less “springy” over time? Mine just doesn’t have the same umph it had before, constantly lowering throughout the day.

Sr. Digital Media Specialist here. Been with my agency for exactly 2 years now. I recently received a major elevation in responsibility, but the company “cannot afford to promote me at this time.” Basically I’m expected to operate as a manager without the title or compensation.
I’m burnt out and undervalued and am looking outward. My experience is in CPG eRetail search & display media, direct experience with Instacart, KPM, Criteo, Quotient, and CitrusAd. Any suggestions (fully remote)?

I want to go back to work in the dental field. I was an assistant for 10+ years. I miss helping people smile. But trying to find work that I can do within school hours is so hard! Has anyone found anything that is legit work from home? Either remote treatment plan presenting or helping with scheduling? I really need something from home because my husband travels so much. They are giving me 8 lpa as ctc and 50k joining bonus and a promised 2 lpa retention bonus after one year.
