With 2.4 years experience in Big Data domain with AWS native. Getting 8.3 fixed + 10% variable with Deloitte where current CTC is 4.75. Have offers from other MNC like Accenture /IBM of 10 fixed. Shall I continue with Deloitte assuming career growth as a part of big 4 or continue with Accenture or IBM.

When you receive multiple offers. Will you accept offer and then send email that you are not going to join that firm. Or when you receive the offer then only you will reject it by saying you have better role in other company and will not be joining you.

I received an offer today, they are asking me to accept the offer. But I am not sure whether I will be joining them or not.

I’m a first year associate (almost second year). I work at a national firm and I’m not a litigator. When I started with the firm, I was told I could work out of any office. Not sure if this is the right forum but - my H1B extension has been approved (just got to know today) but my driving license will expire soon.
