Do seasoned enterprise reps actually think that MEDDIC helps the sales process? This is coming from the perspective that champions are undervalued and the economic buyer in a F500 company does not usually speak with vendors. The market here is developer tooling. Curious to hear thoughts as many sales leaders use MEDDIC as an inspection tool to manage sales reps with little practical value for deals.
Due to Covid & a new VP, everything is changing at my company & senior reps are being micromanaged like new hires. Seniors are quitting and being fired like nothing I’ve ever seen. Anyone else?

What HR ticketing system do you use and what important aspects did you consider when looking? Our company is looking into ticketing systems and this will be our first time looking. Right now I’ve seen Zendesk, Workday and Happy Fox. Has anyone sued those before?
What are the key components of your performance review process? The data points we currently use are manager and self scoring of a scorecard for each employee (scorecard outlines mission for the position, outcomes, and competencies) as well as peer feedback based on the competencies of the position (thought being a manager only has so much insight to a person’s day to day, especially in a matrix org). What am I missing?
I recently moved to a new company. As I get access to all the systems, I noticed that I have access to HR function (peers, managers) data within the HRIS system and other sources. I am not planning to look at the data but I'm concerned that peers can see my compensation, etc., if I can see theirs. At the company I came from, HR data was extremely safeguarded and restrictive within our systems. Is this something I should bring up to my manager?

Currently interviewing with all big4 (Except EY) for Federal/Public sector Data Analytics roles. From what I've been told by recruiters, 82-86k seems to be the typical base salary range.
