Good morning, I work for Solugenix placing top notch candidates at companies throughout the US. I just started at Solugenix so anyone who needs any assistance either finding a job or looking for candidates please let me know. Thanks and have a great day.
What training or guidance are you giving managers at your firms about managing hybrid teams? There is a lot out there on remote teams, but a lot of us are going back three days a week which means people at home and people in the room. Any tips to pass on?
Which books would you recommend to a product counel for tech startup about strategy, management, and leadership?
How do you continue with work as usual when it seems like the rest of your life is falling apart? I feel like I’m spiraling and just want to quit everything and drive somewhere far away to start over. I have a call with a partner soon and not sure if my usually good at faking enthusiasm self will be able to pull through on this one.
Any female MM/ENT AEs with SaaS or Fintech experience looking to make a move? Series D company positioned to IPO in 2 years. Would be wild if this works lol

How often do you respond to emails from law students who want to learn about your firm/practice area? I get like a dozen requests right around OCI every year. Frankly I’m tired of speaking to them and answering the same boring questions, especially if I know they have a low GPA and no chance of summering at my firm, but I do feel bad saying no/ignoring them
Anyone here a member of Revenue Collective? Is it worth it? What kind of value have you gotten out of it if so? Thanks!
I need help getting in the right frame of mind for my evaluation. I'll have my first annual review tomorrow and I'm anxious about what to expect even though all signs point to positive feedback. Starting a new job during the pandemic, it's been hard to read people I work with remotely and only just started seeing in person. I've forgotten how to strike a confident but deferential tone in a meeting, especially one where I'm being scrutinized. What if I seem nervous & they think I'm not confident?
Any thoughts on family law as a practice area? Got offered 110k plus bonuses with low billable hours requirement. I'm in Los Angeles. Not sure if I should get into it as a practice area though as I hear conflicting things. Any thoughts would help. Thanks
I graduated with my bachelor's in HRM and I'm wondering if there are any certifications or trainings I could do before I lock down on the SHRM-CP. I recently became HIPAA certified for my company and that got me thinking about what else I could do to add to my resume. Looking for good stepping stone certificates.
Not selected in H-1B lottery. My STEM OPT expires in July 2018. So, I have another turn next year, but, my F-1 visa is expired. Chances of getting an F-1 re-stamp in case I wish to travel abroad?
As an experienced hire interviewing, what should you not share about your current experience? I think I have a pretty good common sense understanding of this (obviously don’t share clients and identifying client info, for example), but would interested to hear what others think as I don’t want to come across as unprofessional, but also need to give detailed answers to the PEI portion. I assume centering on personal impact on casework is fine, but want to make sure I’m not completely off. Thanks!
Are there any females here working at all male private equity or growth equity firms? I've been interviewing at a number of these shops and get so discouraged when I see no females or WOC (doesn't help that I come from a small boutique shop)

Just got an offer at ACN as a Strategy Manager and HR made it clear that parental leave was 2 weeks fully paid for men. Theoretically up until 12 weeks is covered by NY State ($900 weekly). What would you do? Have you seen men take a few months off for parental leave in consulting even if unpaid?
I have an interview next week and received a “best practices for interviewing online” from the company’s HR. There is a bullet point that says avoid wearing bright colors. Like of course I’m not going to wear a fluorescent yellow long sleeve shirt, but for some reason this rubs me the wrong way. Am I overthinking this or does anyone else think this is weird?
Are starting salaries for the same jobs different by school? Like for example would MBB/FAANG pay more for a HBS grad than a Booth grad? Or is it just that the HBS grad has better chances at landing the position, but the pay is the same?
Anyone at Alix care to share VP compensation. Particularly in turnaround and restructuring
BCG 🐠 At what YOE level can I get into BCG at the Consultant level without an MBA? I have 3 years at Big 4 and 1 year as PM at a tech co. Interviewed for Senior Associate last year
Is your organization planning to require employees be vaccinated? I understand why management wants this but concerned about losing good employees because they don’t believe in vaccination or are wanting to wait until more people have been vaccinated to see if there are issues with it. I’m also concerned with moral if we require this. Employees may get it to keep there job but hold on to some bitterness or develop anxiety over it. Am I being too soft or over analyzing?
Joined an organization about 3 months ago but interested in another role at a different firm which is better for longer term growth. How should I handle the potential quick exit in the interview process?

Willing to give my year end bonus to whoever refers me to a job that I end up securing. Strategy or financial services, preferably, but obviously not terribly picky right now.
Has anyone taken the PHR exam lately? What was the best test prep IYO? Online on demand , online live classes? Are the practice exams worth the cost?
