Has anyone here had to give a 90 day plan in an interview? I’m on round 5 now for a field role, and I was informed this will be what the final interview consists of. Panel of 5-6 supposedly. Any tips or advice on what/how to present? How to prepare? Is it kind of like a quarterly business review sort of thing?

Hello everyone! I am an analyst at a PE firm wanting to move to Sales (particularly in tech). I have been working in the TMT sector in finance for 8 months and I am looking to vecome more knowledgeable in this new sector (tech sales). Does anyone have any advice regarding jon opportunities /best companies / any other relevant info? Thanks!

I am going to move in the next few month to a location with a higher cost of living due to personal circumstances. I love my current company but I’ve only been here a little over a month, how should I go about requesting if it’s possible to get a salary increase? I’ve just passed the final interview for a Business Development Manager position for SaltPay, UK. Does anyone know of the commission structure, KPI’s etc to expect? Curious what the base and commission structure is for inside sales and associate director of sales in biotech (also anyone else who wants to share pls put industry). Paid hourly or salary? At the biotech company I work at avg inside sales is $62,632 with a $3500 per quarter cap. Commission structure is % based on sales quota reached vs capped (not a direct % of sales). I’m underpaid at $53000 with $3500 cap per quarter.

Weekend Shift Differential- I’m trying to get market data on shift differential pay for weekend work in the IT department. I wasn’t able to find any recent articles for the private sector. Our comp data vendor won’t have pay practices on this until next March. I’m curious on what companies are paying for the differential and the methodology in determining the rate or % of salary.

This may sound silly, but I have what was is scheduled to be a 10 minute phone screen on Tuesday for a Sr HRBP role. What should my expectations be? I have never had to do one this short and feel clueless.

I have an approved I-140 and am now moving cities with the same employer (PwC). I was under the assumption that only a new PERM needs to be filed. Do we also need another I-140? PwC makes us pay $3500 for I-140 premium processing does this mean that fees needs to be repaid?
