Hello, I have an interview coming up with Facebook (Meta) and its a manager role leading a global process team with multiple people reporting to the role.I have been told by the recruiter that Meta is fairly flat and the title does not really describe its seniority. I wanted to calibrate my experience to the role, would anyone have advice regarding levels at Meta and any other advice for an interview with them? Thanks
Hi Fishes
In spite of having applied for many jobs at Citi (including the referrals), I have not got any calls from Citi.
I do not understand what's wrong with my profile ! I do get calls from other Captives but not from the Citi.
Are there any hacks to get calls from Citi ? Citi @citibank

If they're unwilling to accommodate you on timing with a specific conflict, that's a huge red flag. We're lawyers and we have professional obligations that are sometimes inflexible. They should respect that.
Run. If this is how they are in the interview process they are going to be far worse to you as an employee.
I’m a little confused about the overall issue. If they’re insisting that it be on a particular day at a particular time without checking your availability, that’s a huge red flag. If they’re insisting on doing an in-person interview during business hours, but are generally flexible on when this occurs, I think that’s totally reasonable.
I appreciate it! I have multiple depositions next week that cannot be reset and have again offered to do the interview before 9am so I'll see what they say.
If you're just generally objecting to it being during business hours though, that's pretty typical and you'll probably have to take some time off.
Fly or drive back in town before your PTO ends so you can meet at a time that works for them.
