Looking for advice. ~1 month ago I started formally complaining to HR about some toxic partners, uncompetitive comp, and excessive work load. Interviewed for Meta exactly 2 weeks ago today. Contacted the recruiter last Tuesday and they said they were waiting to hear back from the hiring manager to discuss the interview results. Decided to move out of state after this school year for my kids. I have a good job and a good boss. I don’t want to just drop a two weeks notice because relocating my whole family has obviously taken some time to plan.
