My company offered to pay my way through the CFP program, on the contingency that I will pass and also stay with them for 10 years after the fact. Is this normal? It seems unfair to make me pay them back down the road if I decide to take a better opportunity. It’s a small business that is worried I will leave.

Hi! I joined TCS last year, and I am planning do Cloud Certifications. I need your esteemed answers for the following questions: Is it really necessary/worth to pursue cloud certifications at this stage? Which cloud service provider should I choose? Is TCS going to pay for all certifications? If such is the case, what is the procedure? P.S: I currently work as a Angular Developer in a Citi Bank Project, where I am not exposed to any cloud operations.
I'm a Microsoft Dynamics and C# Developer at a Big 4 consulting firm. But... working with Dynamics for the last 5 or 6 years is starting to wear on me. The salary is great because there is a shortage of qualified Dynamics developers, but I want to do something else, even if that's just back to being a run of the mill C# Developer. Maybe this is more of a rant or I'm letting off steam, but has anybody on here ever essentially gone from a specialized type of roll to more general role?

Next, there was a zoom call last week in which management did not mention reviews at all until someone asked when they will be, and they said “soon”. Thoughts?
