Accounting Content Creation - anyone know of any opportunities here or where to search? I'm 6 years in accounting (Big 4, now industry) background and I'd really like to jump to something where I can use my creative side. Given my background, thinking something like digital accounting content design. Whether that's publications for standards or handbooks, sales/proposal content design, eLearning and training material content, etc.

My company went toxic in the last couple months. Chose me and started interviewing. Had a very successful interview with Amazon but recruiter is working hard trying to place me and said there’s no knowing how long to find a team. Meanwhile I just received a Director offer for a company with a 29% pay bump July 1. If Amazon or any other FAANG/large co gets back to me, is there an acceptable way to not burn bridges with new job and accept or delay start date with FAANG? Or fuck it just hop?

How do you bill your time? The busier I am the harder it is to bill. How do people actually bill contemporaneously in detailed terms when you bill 12 hours but literally did 100 different things in those 12 hours. And it’s never slow enough to go back and do it super detailed.

HR opinion: Do I have any leverage as a hospital nurse case manager in negotiating earned time? Big4 has clear trajectory and interesting work.
