After passing 2 interviews (behavioral and case) with company, now have been invited for interview with chief digital officer via Skype... what should I expect? Will this be more to see for a fit?

Have interviewed a couple of people from WK over the past few weeks and have been hearing a lot about how it’s becoming a pretty horrible place to work since Susan came onboard. The criticism was more around actually working there than the work itself but is it really that bad? One of the candidates was saying that many of the good creatives have been leaving or are planning to leave because of this. I haven’t ever worked for Susan so I have no clue. Anyone heard anything similar?

Boyfriend and I on good salary but not saving much due to the above. (For example, “ready when reached”). I’m open to doing this and this attorney is asking what my fee would be? My work is scrutinized to a degree that no one else experiences (I could give concrete examples of other people delivering design work that haven’t met BASIC design principles and it’s gotten approved) compared to me where I frequently get feedback that somehow makes my work worse but I just comply because it’s not (1/2)
