Hi! Does anyone know of any Public Health start ups hiring? I’ve worked for 2 start ups since 2020 but was laid off recently and I have been looking for a job since April. I have a masters degree in Public Health and 4 years of health education experience. I’ve been a deputy project manager doing hiring, onboarding, training and personnel management. Do I work at a toxic workplace?

We had a team touchbase where we as a group were asked our concerns regarding year end. I raised my concerns about staffing/expectations (the team is 75% new) since last year was demanding with us being up to 1 AM the day before deadline.
