I finished my masters degree last October and have been looking for a job since then. Can anyone please refer me to entry level roles that are not asking entry levels to have 3-5 years experience if that even exists these days. Also below is a link to some of my work any feedback on the portfolio would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

What’s your expected comp. range? What firm are you coming from? EM is typically a McKinsey / OW title, if you are coming from one of those definitely SVP.
No, AP1 was making an educated guess (assumption) of which firm OP currently works for to help provide context to the answer (if EM at one of those firms, should be SVP at AP)
Coming from a small boutique. Was just curious how rigid that classification was and if I should/can fight for SVP before I get ‘stuck’ as VP?
It is not rigid. I came from a boutique and applied to the VP role but they saw my years of experience and offered me the SVP job. Though h came in with 10 years work experience. You are more borderline.
Experienced hire with 8 YOE? Thought I was more SVP level, but is it better to come in at VP? Is there mobility within the interview process?
Know your worth!
Yeah it’s worth fighting for it at the least .There are VPs that make more than SVPs so doubt it impacts your offer $.
Is this something I should negotiate with HR off the bat? Haven't gone through the process in a while
They’ll ask for you for a salary number expectations. Once you get an offer you can negotiate a bit.
In my opinion, you’re better off coming in as a VP and getting promoted after your first year. It will be easier to gain traction as a great VP than just a new SVP. (Though this all can depend on which group you come into).
Better off coming in as SVP rather than VP and having to listen to a couple of years of excuses before getting promoted.
Whats the approximate comp range for Vp vs SVP?
Vp pay is up to 220 k. Svp pay is up to 320 k. We are talking about total compensation.
Yes made approximately $220k my first year prorated and $260k / promo year 2.
AP 🐠 - have been told that the casing is different from the MBB model - any insight you would be willing to provide to help prep for that?
