Which one to choose between Optum and Tiger Analytics for Data Scientist position? Where can I expect better data science domain expertise (In my previous companies I found very less understanding of Data Science practices as team)? Heared good things about both of these. Also hearing Tiger is expanding rapidly and getting some crap projects as well in the name of data science. Could someone put light on these things?

Yep you're fine. It's not tied to personal credit. You only have to worry if you get a late fee after 30 or 45 days because that's not expensable. Not your fault our firm's reimbursement process is designed by and managed by clowns.
Okay just found out if we don't pay it in full by the date, we don't get points (if you paid for the $99)
Depending on your firm's agreement, you'll either get a $35 late fee or they'll slowly chip away at your points. If it's the late fee Amex can reverse it for you (my previous firm once only paid Amex half of my approved reimbursement, Amex was really nice about it)
Sounds good. Thank you! Really wish we do it like Deloitte, so much more simple
Only explanation for the way we handle expenses and the reimbursement process is that someone is on the take. It’s a joke.
Never submit mine within 45 and certainly not 30, never had an issue
