I have an exploding offer due Wednesday, and had a great final round for another company today (Monday).

I nudged the recruiter for Monday’s interview, letting them know I have a deadline, but no response.

Is it realistic for a company to get you an offer in 2 days turnaround?

Would like some tips on how to prepare for Senior Fullstack Developer tech interviews. What kind of questions should I expect? Any other tips on how to prepare? TIA

I have been offered From Persistent system with 90% hike and some joining bonus.
I am still awaiting offer from Capgemini as I have cleared interviews and completed documentation there too.
My question is should wait for Capgemini's offer? As they haven't been responsive to any of my mode of communication.

Finished my loop for a marketing role 2 weeks ago, and got an email the next day that they wanted to give me an offer. Had my initial call with recruiter to put the offer together. It was lower than I expected, and we ended that call positively as I needed some time to consider, and we agreed to follow up in a few days. It’s now been a week and both recruiters have been unresponsive. Did I just lose this offer bc I tried to negotiate a more equitable comp pack, or is it a slow process?
