Any advice to an incoming EY Cyber-Consultant coming in from undergrad? Is there anything I should focus on pervious to my graduation that will help me excel in a consulting role?

On my CV I have a section listed as “Education” and under it I have “Business Studies” with the university name and the 3 years that I attended the course (2.5 to be exact). Will an MBA set me apart? I have a BS in Marketing from top 15 undergraduate business program with a 3.8 gpa, 2 years work experience (3 by the time I’d enroll), and scored in the 63rd percentile on the gmat. This qualifies me for an average business school (ranked below ~50). My goal is to move into a management position within the next 5 years and eventually move into a director or c-suite role. At your companies, do most upper-level marketing employees have an MBA? Is it from a top school?

Is there ever a reason not to take a signing bonus? I wouldn’t have thought so, but saw a Glassdoor review from a disgruntled employee who didn’t last a year saying he regretted accepted it. Worst case is you just give it back, unless I’m missing something?
