I add a serving of beans to nearly all of my meals. It's a great and easy source of protein that is also delicious and they go well with nearly everything. Protein smoothies are one of my go-tos as well.
The usual suspects for me
Eggs + added egg whites
Cottage cheese
Greek yogurt
Tuna and salmon in a tin
Lotsa Chicken, fish, pork loin, steak
Tofu
Beans
Rising Star
- Protein powder in my steel cut oats
- Greek yogurt and cottage cheese with my fruit
- If I need to make some kind of cream sauce I’ll replace the cream with a mix Greek yogurt+sour cream+cottage cheese. Do the same for any cheese based dishes
- beans and lentils

I am an avid gym goer and I know how hard it can be to incorporate protein into your diet. Honestly I go by a lot of recipes that I find on Tik Tok that are super easy ways to get a lot of protein in one sitting. one of my favorites and a go to is a coffee protein smoothie and it is sooooo good.
